Mike McCarthy uses watermelons to energize slumping Cowboys

Mike McCarthy Watermelons

McCarthy started smashing watermelons while cowboys were coaching. At Saturday night in front of his team he smashed watermelons with a sledgehammer. It might be a push as a desperate move for the group having point 2-7. However due to the massive belief in sports, they bought in to what McCarthy was trying to sell them. On Sunday, Dallas defeated the Vikings. The team has a chance to make it up to the mark because of the struggles of NFC East Rivals.  Know more on this in details below.

Smashing watermelons actually motivated the players.

McCarthy’s move was indeed unique to rejuvenate his teams spirit. It is important to have fun he said. He honored the great comedian Gallagher and used a fun way of approaching so that the players really connect with the game in a different way. It successfully motivated the players and everyone was into it. McCarthy says that he always try to be creative and unique in his own way. Looking forward to new ideas and keeping things fresh is his ultimate aim. McCarthy even mentioned that this year is their first year together and it all fits together.

Mike McCarthy

McCarthy’s first year taking in charge of the Cowboys.

It is his first time guiding the Cowboys. McCarthy is trying to guide an uncertain mid season turnaround which is followed by quarterback Dak Prescott’s ankle injury by the end of the season. He has experience leading a strong team that has lost it’s best passer. He was asked to salvage in Green Bay, 2013 and 2017 campaigns followed by the injuries of Aaron Rodgers. The game was played just well enough by the Packers to give Rodgers a chance to win when he returned for week 17.

Things didn’t go as planned in 2017 as well and Rodgers capitalized with a 48 yard winner to compete with the Bears. Moreover, McCarthy doesn’t really have the same defensive power he had in Green Bay seven years ago, which might add to the difficulty of being strong enough in the long run.

McCarthy with such high expectations and will power is trying hard to provide his best to the team and serve them. It seems the players are fitting in well. In the upcoming matches everybody is eager to see the new strategies McCarthy is going to come up with. It was jaw dropping to see the unique move by him which actually worked for the players but at the same time it is a great concern for the seriousness of the game as well.

Perhaps the Cowboys with the power of fruit destruction can actually make it to the mark but might lack the ability of tackling the game. McCarthy made sure that the watermelon strategy works well against Minnesota. The next test is against the Washington Football Team, when the seasonally choice might shift to cranberries.

McCarthy guiding the Cowboys for the very first time and using extraordinary watermelon strategies which turned out to be successful.
